This is a comparison between the €1200 Galaxy S10 5G to the €99 Nokia 2.2. Some of the biggest worries are whether the battery can be long-lasting and whether the camera can take good resolution photos, especially in low light.
To start with there some compromises compared with S10. The finish is not glass finish like that scene in the Galaxy phone. The quality of the display is not there but it still feels good and steady. the dimensions of the phone are actually a refreshing change.
It just feels good having a wonder that you can put in the pocket and forget about it.
The video quality on this phone is bang on and like what you would expect for €100. The photo quality is going to impress you and you're gonna spend a lot of minutes just taking photos.
The phone comes with an assistant editor that allows you to edit photos that you have taken which enhances the quality.
One of the disadvantages of the phone is that it does not come with a fingerprint reader but it comes with a face unlock feature. You can still use the pattern. You can also take advantage of Google Maps which is very easy and fast to use.
On the subject of software, I've got the distinct impression that this is where it compromises but at the same time instead of brushing it I think that Nokia has tried to make sure that these compromises do not cause many problems.
For example, the phone is powered by the mainstream made chipset (HELIO A22), but the combination of stock and blue airframe Android means it doesn't feel slow. the phone starts at 16gb but Nokia makes sure that you have expandable memory.
It also comes with unlimited Google storage of high-quality photos.
